Ronni Anderson is President of Staff One Search and Anderson Philips Associates, a division of Staff One Search. Anderson Philips provides executive search services and assists client organizations to identify and select key executive management professionals on a retained fee basis.
Staff One Search is a recruiting and placement firm providing staffing services for all levels of administrative and support, accounting, healthcare, sales, technical and IT, and management personnel in all industries. A certified women-owned business, Staff One Search is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
Through these two companies, Ronni has provided executive recruiting services to a wide range of clients since 1983.
Ronni began her career as an executive recruiter in 1981 with a nationally recognized placement firm. After building a successful search practice that has launched the professional careers of many successful search consultants, Ronni today enjoys a national reputation as a recruiting industry leader. She is designated as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) through the National Association of Personnel Services.
Within the Arizona business community, Ronni has earned a reputation for professionalism and business excellence, regularly meeting her clients’ most critical and challenging executive search needs on time and on budget. Ronni has served as President of the Arizona Staffing Professionals Association, President of the Women’s Executive Association of Metro Phoenix and President of the Arizona Business Alliance. She currently holds Directorships with several Arizona Boards, including: the Arizona Chamber of Commerce, Arizona Staffing Professionals Association, Arizona Economic Advisory Council and Unified Financial Services.
Among Ronni’s numerous awards and achievements are honors from the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce: finalist for the 1993 Small Business Person of the Year and the recipient of the 1997 Athena Award. In recognition of her role as an active business leader, Ronni was honored with the 1993 Girl Scouts Business Leader Award and the Arizona Business Alliance “ABAer” of the Year Award that same year.
The U.S. Small Business Administration recognized Ronni in 1996 as an SBA Women Business Advocate. As an advocate for women business owners, Ronni was honored with the 1999 Working Woman Entrepreneurial Excellence Award and the 1999 Impact for Enterprising Women Award. Every year since 1999, Ronni has been a Gold Heart Award Finalist of the Arizona Woman Million Dollar Club, most recently in 2006. Ronni is a current member and past Board Member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), the voice of America's 10.6 million women-owned businesses.
Ronni’s track record of civic and community involvement includes serving as President of Florence Crittenton Services, a non-profit organization for young girls and women in crisis. One of Ronni’s most rewarding activities has been serving on the Advisory Board of EmployABIL, a non-profit organization assisting the disabled to return to the work force as temporary help.
In conjunction with others in her company, Ronni has been involved in fundraising activities or directly providing temporary services on a gratis basis for such organizations as the Crisis Center, the Arthritis Foundation, The MS Foundation, the Orpheum foundation, Scottsdale Boys & Girls Club, South Scottsdale Little League and the 20/30 Club. |

Steve Batisto is Executive Vice President of Anderson Philips Associates, an executive search firm that identifies, attracts and selects key executive management professionals for clients on a retained fee basis. Steve brings over 12 years of professional talent acquisition and five years of consultative sales experience to the Anderson Philips team.
During his previous five-year tenure with another retained executive search firm, Steve successfully completed numerous high-level recruiting assignments while directing the sourcing and recruiting efforts of his firm’s research department. With extensive training and coaching in primary research, candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment and verification techniques, Steve has mentored other consultants to successfully develop these same skills.
Steve’s detailed understanding of a wide variety of industries allows him to provide superior recruiting services to companies in the areas of telecommunications, software, transportation, security, semiconductors, biomedical, consulting, wholesale/distribution, logistics and financial services. He has an ability to obtain and digest large amounts of new information rapidly, then turn around and use this information to formulate effective recruiting strategies.
Currently serving as a Director for a privately funded intellectual property development firm, Steve has contributed investor research and business document composition expertise to this startup venture. He was the principal author of many of the company’s key development documents including; the business plan, executive summary, concept descriptions and executive profiles. Steve also co-authored the company’s private placement memorandum with corporate counsel.
Steve has provided organizational development and compensation consulting to other emerging growth companies as well. He understands the unique challenges faced by start-up companies in building effective management teams and creating a cohesive team culture. Having been there himself and met these challenges first-hand, Steve is well-equipped to help other companies through the critical stages of early growth and organizational structuring. |
